“Hi, Thanks for stopping by. In short, we don’t sell your data and we don’t use it in any hidden way. We try to be careful, but sometimes we make mistakes. If something feels off, just tell us. We’ll do our best.”

P.S. The text below is the legal version of all that and more. It’s the binding part.

Terms of Service

1. What Doko is

Doko is a service that lets you share documents through trackable links and see how recipients engage with them — pages viewed, time spent, and basic device context.

2. Using Doko

When you upload a document or share a link, you confirm that the content is yours to share or that you have permission to share it. Don’t use Doko to spam, scrape, distribute malware, or harm anyone.

3. No guarantees

We do our best to keep the service reliable and the analytics accurate, but we can’t promise outcomes — what happens after someone opens your document is between you and them, not us.

4. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.

5. Liability

Doko is provided as-is. We’re not liable for what happens to documents you share, or for any decisions made on the basis of analytics we provide.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Name, email, the documents you upload, your link and sharing settings, and analytics from viewers — pages viewed, time per page, approximate location (city-level), device type, and an anonymized IP.

2. How we use it

To deliver your documents to the people you share them with, to notify you when they’re viewed, to generate engagement insights, to send you important account updates, and to improve the product.

3. Who sees it

Document analytics are visible only to the document owner. When you share a link, the recipient can see the document you shared with them. We do not sell your documents or your analytics, and we don’t share them with third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. For document viewers we use a minimal fingerprint to distinguish returning visitors. No third-party advertising trackers are used. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email us.

6. EU / UK residents (GDPR)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Email us and we’ll handle the request.

7. Contact

Doko is operated by FAB Technologies LLC (Delaware, USA). For privacy, legal, or any other questions, email hello@fab.page.
